Pelvic floor health is private. KegelWise is built so that we never see your data at all. This policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose.
Nothing. KegelWise has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not operate any server that receives your data.
Everything you do in KegelWise (your sessions, streaks, reminders, and program progress) is stored on your device. If iCloud is available, your data is also stored in your personal, private iCloud database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We have no access to it.
If you turn on Health logging (off by default), KegelWise saves your completed session minutes to Apple Health as mindful minutes, on your device. Health data is never transmitted to us.
Sessions run on Apple Watch sync directly between your watch and your iPhone using Apple's device-to-device channel. Nothing passes through any server of ours.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple, through your App Store account. We receive no payment details, and you can cancel anytime in iOS Settings.
You can export your full session history as CSV at any time from Settings, and erase everything by deleting the app (and removing KegelWise data from iCloud in iOS Settings).
KegelWise is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
